 I had to think very hard about what kind of guy Skippy would have once loved, then been heartbroken by. What kind of guy would date Skippy, dump him, and be completely oblivious to the damage left in his pathway? Some real life dating experience helped with inspiration, and in the end I came up with one of the happy-go-luckiest antagonists ever to oppress the good-hearted.

 The funniest thing to me about Frobert is his relentless determination to be Skippy's friend, and his inability to comprehend that after breaking someone's heart they may not want to have anything to do with him.
